Ordered takeaway over the phone using their online menu. Upon arriving to collect I looked at the printed menu available and realised they had a mistake on it. So clarified what I had ordered only to be told in rather condescending manner that the website menu was wrong and if I'd said I'd ordered from website they would have told me of the error. Instead of fixing the problem I was told I'd have to pay the cost of the additional meal.
The guy was rude and obnoxious very unhelpful. If he is front of house all the time it's a wonder the takeaway is still open and thriving.
And one item I had ordered was not even supplied! We ended up going to the Chinese across the road to order food.
