Great massage and stretching. Very professional and he knew all of the trigger points and issues to work out.

I visited this place for the first time as a walk-in on a weekday early afternoon in June & again…read moretoday. opted for a 90-minute combo massage & it was satisfying! The combo massage included a foot soak, salt & hot stone treatment, but you need to let your therapist know if you want the latter, otherwise, you'll get more time with just back massage. If you'd like a detox foot soak, it's available for an additional $5. The massage style & technique leaned towards reflexology & stretching, which is typical of Asian massages. Lisa's massage pressure is consistent throughout the 90min, no downtime! The sheets/pillows were fresh & clean, the massage table was firm yet comfortable. The place is clean & quiet. Background music is soft relaxing & calm. Remember to tip your massage therapist, especially if you're satisfied with the service!

Lots of aggressive, rude chatter among staff. Employees talked to each other during our entire massages. The person preforming my service was actually taking a phone call during my massage. She left the room for 5 to 7 minutes multiple time then had the audacity to say she gave me extra time. NEVER checked in with me regarding pressure or how I was doing. Not relaxing at all. I have had hundreds of massages and this was by far the worst! The place was clean.

They do take credit cards! I went for the 45 minute foot massage. You sit in a big comfy chair swaddled in towels with a small towel to cover your face (mine started slipping down halfway through but by then I didn't care). The treatment starts with an herbal foot soak, then the massage. I had chosen 2 on the intensity scale of 1-3 when you sign in, and my therapist hit the right balance of beneficial without being painful! It was definitely money well spent after a day of walking all over the mall. One thing to note is that it is in a mall (duh, but that means some noise, especially since it's right beside the Round One arcade so there were a bunch of kids running around and yelling. It's too bad this space has no door to close, though after a while between the Asian instrumental music playing lightly and the ministrations of my therapist, I was just kind of above it all anyway. Because of this, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here for relaxation, but it's definitely a nice option if you're already at the mall shopping.

I specifically sought this place out because they do waterless pedicures which are way more…read morehygienic than traditional pedicures where you soak your feet. I booked their waterless pedicure and their gel x extension manicure. I really enjoyed my pedicure, it was just as relaxing as a traditional pedicure. This will definitely be my go to for pedicures for here on out! However, I'm not fully convinced I'll keep getting my manicures here. Don't get me wrong my manicure was IMPECCABLE, I got gorgeous almond shaped gel x extensions but the manicures seem limited here. I was hoping to get the gel x in coffin/ square shape but they only had almond shaped extensions. I originally told my nail tech I wanted coffin shaped, and she tried to shape the almond extensions like a coffin- but the extensions were so almond already it just didn't look right trying to convert it into coffin. I told the nail tech that almond will be fine. Which it was fine, but I know in the future there will be times where I'll want to have coffin nails. And it seems like their extensions are only limited to almond. Additionally, my appointment took really really long! My appointment started at 11 and I didn't leave until 1:30 ish. Literally a 2 1/2 hour appointment. I don't think any of my appointments have ever taken that long! Again, my nail techs work was impeccable and I appreciate her attention to detail, but 2 1/2 hours seems excessive. In total I paid $163 and separately paid a $20 tip! Final thoughts: it's a gorgeous salon with friendly service and great work. I will definitely continue to come for those amazing waterless pedicures!
