Let me start by stating that I didn't get work done by him because his prices are a robbery to say the least as well as a bait and switch. First it started with dealing with his two "assistants" they gave me a pricing sheet, I chose the package I wanted, we confirmed on the price multiple times and of course I understood it could alter slightly which is okay. Then it came time to pay a deposit which was a mess in itself. I was being contacted by both assistants on separate days trying to charge me a deposit and asking me questions about my fitment goals for no reason because it was never mentioned or shown to Eddie. Anyways skip forward to the day of the appointment, I drove 4 hours from Tampa to Miami to meet with Eddie. Throughout our whole conversation it just felt as if he cared more about bragging that he's so good instead of listening to actual concerns with slick remarks included such as "get a fender roller and do it yourself." I knew this man was really full of himself when he pointed at my fender which has never been in an accident nor has ever rubbed with my wheels because It still has a large wheel gap and he tells me "yea see this fender right here is wavy" while pointing at absolutely nothing. The Best part of all this was when it came to cost. When I get there its not $550 as stated on the pricing sheet and from the assistant, instead Eddie tells me its triple the cost at $1500. Yes you read it correctly $1500 to roll and shave some fenders lol. All because the car is "hard to do" and bragging about how he charged a supra $2000. As you can imagine i grabbed my keys and got the hell away from that ripoff shop. All in all drove 8 hours in total, spent money on gas and tolls all too have my time wasted. We were warmly greeted by Carlos who explained the different levels of tint and prices. I got the 2 windows tinted to 20% to match the other windows and it looked great. The job was done as a drive-in on a Saturday morning in only 30 minutes. There is a small waiting room that has windows to allow you to view the work being done in the spacious service bays. The waiting room has cushy chairs and sofa, a TV, and a K-Cup machine. The price was in line with other competitors in the area. I did receive an 11.75% discount by paying cash. A certificate is issued which guarantees the tint for 15 years. Carlos' s tinting service shares the space with a vehicle wrap company if you are interested in that as well. My only issue that although everyone on the staff was very friendly, they only spoke Spanish, so keep that in mind. Overall I was happy with the experience and would recommend for tinting in the Cutler Bay Area.
