The MRI Technologist wss very friendly and explained the exam/procedure in detail. I was expecting to be in there for over an hour based on ChatGPT. But I was done in maybe 30-40 minutes. I did have to sit in the waiting room in a while because I wasn't warned thay the contrast could make me feel dizzy and brain foggy. They were kind enough to make CDs of the MRI images for my physicians while I waited in the waiting room. It was a pleasant experience, but next time I know to have my husband or a friend drive me for a contrast study.

And when 1 lady asked about the wait time they told her. This type of information they should disclose to patients so that we are aware and should a reschedule be necessary because someone cannot wait then they can take those steps. The place is also FREEZING COLD! It literally felt like I walked into a meat locker. Finally called back and the nurse taking the mammogram was very nice. She even agreed about the coldness of the place. They walk you back to a room where you get undressed and place a gown on. You can keep your belongings in the little room while you go get scans done. The man at the front had some of the worst customer service I've encountered--he refused to even look up and speak to me directly, didn't explain the situation like a professional, and instead handed a piece of paper across the desk telling me to go try other locations. No apology. No accountability. No respect. If you're going to cancel services for the day, own it, communicate it, and treat people like adults.
