The lady there was very friendly and used their file on our house to give me a quote over the phone. I then had another plumber come out for a price. They were quite a bit higher. I called Diliberto back and the guys came out today. They are friendly, respectful of property, and did an excellent job! While they were here, I asked about fixing a sink and shutoff valves. They called for a price and did great on that as well. The final bill was exactly what had been quoted. I highly recommend this group for anything plumbing!

She said she had to put me on hold and because I didn't answer within 1 second she started to get annoyed. Then every time I would ask her questions on how their service and fees work she would give difficult and sarcastic response like I'm not the plumber and was just extremely rude. Just can't understand why or how these people treat their potential customers like this. If you are the owner reading this review, you seriously need to speak with your receptionist as this was totally uncalled for. Still kind of shocked at the attitude and rudeness of this person.

Did a great job! So when I needed a plumber again for a Shower drip and a toilet leak, I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm. Waited all day and finally came at 5 pm. I was upset but I had already waited all day so I went ahead. Blaise showed. I took him to the drippy shower. I had the part already. It was a matter of taking the faucet off and replacing a washer filter. The second project was the dripping toilet. Blais said that it was a faulty flapper and he didn't have the part but would run to the Lowe's to get one. A BASIC flapper and he didn't have one with him!! I asked - before he went to Lowe's - to tell me how much the project would be. He said $300!!! for a detachable flapper and a washer in a shower where I provided the part?! I said never mind, he was free to leave. He said he knew what the going rate was and his price was fair. I told him "Fair or not, I'm not paying $300 for a 15 minute job and especially since you kept me waiting for 5 hours." Blais said "What do you care, you work from home! " I asked his name and he told me but then asked if I was leaving a review. I said I probably would. He then offered to do the whole job for free as long as I promised not to leave a review! As if I'd trust him to do anything ever in my home!! I asked him to leave and he started yelling that I was going to ruin a man's business and livelihood over being late and expensive! (You can't make this stuff up!) I had to sternly demand that he leave my home at once!!! He did. And I then fixed the shower in 10 minutes on my own. The next day I bought a $17 Fluidmaster kit and fixed the toilet MYSELF! He had misdiagnosed the problem. It wasn't the flapper, it was the gasket. So for $17 and 30 minutes of my time, I save $300. The lady who answers the phone (Blaise's wife) is very professional and considerate and accommodating And apologetic. But Blais behaved horribly, was irresponsible and inconsiderate in 5 hours tardiness, was rude to expect me to be inconvenienced in such a way because I work from home, and didn't even diagnose the problem properly! Thank you, YouTube and DIY channel. It has liberated women like nothing else has! I'll never call Done Right again!

There is some confusion for me. i need a certified plumber to complete new installation of my gas stove I had purchased from Lowes. The Lowes hook up person was unable to disconnect old valves and said I needed plumber. My regular plumber was not available until sometime this week-end. I reached out to find alternate. Brian showed up and he said he could do the proper hook up and after much tugging and twisting he too had problem removing the value which he had to totally remove old gas valve and replace with new one. He installed gas fixture that was purchased with stove. In less then hour he was finished. He charged me $325.00 and I paid in cash. Now for the surprise He gave me a receipt which I did not look at until later in the evening. Much to my surprise its what i call phantom receipt with no identifying info or licensure info. What independent contractors use to avoid paying taxes. He didnt even sign his name on the document. He didnt give proper description of work he had done. To my surprise. Attached is copy of receipt he gave me which would not stand up in court of law. Well now its my turn to let the public know he did the work but and but He of course will never get a referral from me. His politeness does not over ride his professional side Taking my money and handing a receipt that says Thank you. So to Brian and Union Plumbing. Was I charged a fair price?? Anyone out there.
