Horrible! AVOID! Office personal were not willing to work with us! We had to get a fence moved that…read morethey installed for the previous home owner, that was almost 8ft on the neighbors property. The county was also doing construction on the same property line. Arrow fence charged $900 to remove the fence posts and buried cement holdings, but I got the construction company to do. I had to contact Arrow Fence SEVERAL (way too many!) times, over and over again to hear the sales rep say things "like, oh I forgot", or "manager is out of the office again". Arrow fence would got give a credit or refund! Workers that actually re-installed the fence did a GREAT job, they were efficient, on time and communicated well, almost like they worked for a whole different company!
