While getting my house ready to sell, I called DIFY based on their Yelp reviews, which I have found to be a good reliable point of reference. I had a list of things to take care of. Mark responded and completed a difficult installation of new blinds by the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. I was impressed not just with his quality of work, clean-up afterwards, but with his efficiency and polite demeanor. His pricing was also a pleasant surprise, compared to other trades I had hired. After the buyers inspector's report, I asked DIFY to return to address the few issues on the report. Mark returned and fixed everything quickly and without fuss. After the FHA appraisor left, she asked me to replace the double-cylinder locks with single-cylinder keyed locks with thumb key inside. Back comes DIFY to finish that job too. Same quick response. Same efficient work, same quality clean-up, same low pricing. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Most importantly, the fence is correctly anchored into the ground and can last for our lifetime in this house. Russell was a great communicator, always early, and meticulous in the accuracy of his work. My job ended up being more work than the original estimate because of problems identified after taking the fence down. It added an extra full day of work. However, Russell did not modify his estimate and made sure it was perfect and that we loved it. His price was right in line with what we were prepared to spend, and he provided an itemized quote with a breakdown of supplies and labor. I highly recommend Russell for any house carpentry work, and other handman type tasks. He is a wonderful, kind, honest, hard-working, and professional person.
