They re-ordered them and the next pair she couldn't see out of the left lens still. She went back in and saw a different person. An older rather abrupt, rude woman who told her that she was old and there was nothing they could do. They sent her and my husband on their way. She got home in tears and her, and my husband, told me what the lady had said and how rude she was when she said it, so called and ask for somebody to return my call. I requested Dr. Kisner call me three times nobody ever returned our calls. As I told them All we needed was a phone call to explain to my mother why they couldn't correct that lens any further In a professional compassionate way.lt was a total breakdown of communication and horrible customer service. Even if they couldn't correct that lens they should've told her why in a kind compassionate manner. Dr. Kisner should've returned our calls and somebody should've explained to our mother what was going on. Now they've lost at least three customers (Who had spent a lot of money there) and I suggest that if you can, please seek your eye care somewhere else even if you have to drive a little further. RANT to Wichita Eyecare! My last pair of contacts I had fell out last night and I do not own…read moreglasses so I called today to try to get an eye appointment because my prescription is a -5.75 and I cannot see 5 feet in front of me. I called to set up an eye exam and I asked if there is a way I can at least get an emergency pair in the meantime so I can work and drive legally and the "office manager" basically told me "that sucks there's nothing I can do" she told me she won't let me get a pair just to wear until my exam. That she could get me in Tuesday and also refused to let me speak to the doctor. Told me he's with a patient and I said I don't mind holding. She then told me "he doesn't have time for this". I had always used A different eye clinic before them and I never had this problem as soon I realized I ran out they let get an emergency pair and then let do my eye appointment and order my contacts after my appointment. So basically I'm having to go to work and drive myself without hardly being able to see anything in front of me. I've never had this happen... and I don't buy glasses because I only wear contacts.. I've looked around and tried to buy pairs off people I know and work with but no one is close to my prescription. I'll never use them ever again. This customer service to me BLEW MY MIND.
