From their flyer left at neighborhood front doors, we called them for a quote. Walked through the…read morefront yard and back yard including green house and mailbox to list of what we would like to have done on grass cutting and trimming. The guy quoted me $65 for the work. Agreed on the price. Two days before their start of work, they submitted an invoice via email and text for payment in full. Day before of work, we paid in full. On the day of work, we came home and found work incomplete. Grass in greenhouse not cut. Small tree/bush at mailbox not trimmed at all. Very disappointing. Cannot recommend them. The upsetting part is we talked about what is to be done in person. and the guy agreed to the work and offered his quote. And we agreed to his quote and paid in full. Work performed did not meet our expectation. They called me next day and offered to complete work and fix. They did so as promised. Small hedge trimmed. and grass cut down. Very happy with their prompt response to my complaints and fixed everything. Thank you for completing the work as promised. Excellent customer service.

I was looking in dismay at my backyard everyday and thinking about how I needed to pull all the…read moreweeds out. My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning. I'm in love with my new backyard! TJ also always had the brightest smile. In 95+ weather after 6+ hours of hard labor, that positive attitude really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!

I did ~$8K worth of work with this company. From the beginning I clearly stated that my goal (and…read moreneed to clear and stump grind all trees) was in order to build a fence. Despite that, we got to two trees in the back and they said it was "not included". I took them at their word and paid the additional fees to have those stumps grinded. The final dispute came up on a tree that should have been trimmed. As I mentioned, my goal was to clear the fence line and build a fence, however, they left a single branch which had grown over a telephone line. When I pointed it out to them, they said they would come back the next day and cut it. This never happened. I paid them in full, in good faith, (for tree trimming, stump grinding, and some landscaping) and they refuse to come back and finish the work without me paying an additional fee. At that point, I started seeing a pattern of them nickel and diming me and refuse to pay anymore, especially given this was initially requested as well as the amount of work done. They also left quite a bit of tree debris (haul away should have been included), and damaged the grading of my yard (they pulled the truck into the grass and left tire and trailer marks). My most recent requests to confirm and explain why there is an additional charge has gone without response. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.
