This stuff takes simple sauteeing to a whole new level. The flavor is rich, almost creamy, and it's excellent used as a condiment on pasta, salad, etc. My quest for a different gift for friends and family outside of Texas led me to send samplers for Christmas, which were well received. I love fresh pressed olive oil. Learned the taste difference when I traveled to Israel. Now to have that same fresh taste here in Texas is amazing. I first tried it at the 8 Country Reporter event in Waxahachie TX and took home a couple of the limited edition oils and a sampler of the balsamic vinegars. Fantastic. I am so happy with the shipment of olive oil. I bought several flavored olive oil in addition to unflavored. We've enjoyed every variety that we've tried. It's pricey, but delicious. Everyone we've given a bottle has liked it. The part of Texas where these olives are grown looks just like Portugal and western Spain, so there's no reason there shouldn't be good olive oil produced there. I'll be buying more.
