My oldest daughter started dance here when she was just a few month shy of 5 and my youngest daughter has grown up in this studio from the moment I found out I was pregnant to when she started dancing at 2.5 years old. We absolutely love this place the teaching is spot on and the instructors are very patient with the variety of kiddos that come in and out the doors everyday . When comes dance recital and competition season due to both my girls being on the company teams I praise Ms. Karen's decision to keep the girls costumes modest for their age groups. I highly recommend this studio to all our our friends, and family. We have brought tons of smiling faces in though out the years .

My 4 year old had Ms. KitKat and my 7 year old had Mrs. Bain and I am so thankful for their patience and kindness towards my girls. Thank you so much for all the love and support you have given my girls! Best dance place they have in central texas hand down, huge recommendation!!

The owner and her adult daughters frequently bicker in the lobby. The owner and others gossip about other parents. My most recent time, my daughter had to use the restroom. When I took her back there, there was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. A male teenager up front said that they are going through it too fast so they won't be providing it and the owner gave me a toilet paper roll to bring back there but then said I had to bring it back. I then had to take my kid out to the car to use hand sanitizer. LOL. It's so sad, it's comical. I would use caution when deciding on this place.

Tried messaging the killeen location on numerous platforms and after many days they finally said they would make sure to not charge my account again and issue a refund. The overall atmosphere is great, and the people are overall kind so I'm not giving them 1 star, but if you are thinking of getting a membership, just be weary that they are not very good at their customer service end.

The school issued report cards showing all "A" grades in all subjects, including math, despite knowing she had been behind in math upon enrollment and not informing me of any concerns or deficiencies. I raised concerns in person about whether skills such as fractions were being taught and assessed, but was not provided clear work samples or grading criteria, and was treated poorly for asking. I independently assessed my child using grade-level math tests, a MAP assessment, and a Mathnasium evaluation, all of which indicated she was performing below grade level. I requested clarification on grading. The school did not clearly respond until repeated follow-up and stated the grade reflected grade-level placement rather than mastery. I did not receive clear documentation and my concerns were not addressed and I was ignored.

The next 15 minutes were spent looking for a parking place in the garage. I ended up parking at the very top and taking the elevator down. There were several other older ladies as well there who don't quite move quickly. By the time we walked to the door of the Long Center it was 3 minutes after the start of a 90-minute opera. I raced to get to my seat but was escorted to the upper balcony. As I entered there was a lady bandaging her leg on the stairs. From falling there. When I got to the upper balcony it was pitch dark and the helper had a flashlight that didn't work. It took me a while for my eyes to adjust and finally was able to be seated, slightly short of breath from the race and the altitude of those seats. Other nicely dressed older ladies came in after me and stumbled around to find seats. We were informed we would have to sit there for the duration as there was no intermission for a 90 minute performance. Why? I ask you why? Along with a canteen of water, a flashlight and a first aid kit do I need to bring a catheter to the Opera? This is ridiculous. I am pretty ticked off and will not attend again until something is done to remedy the deeply flawed, user-unfriendly experience I had. Navigating in the dark for a 76-year-old is not something that is a healthy activity. You do realize a lot of your audience are seniors, don't you? You do realize that you all probably go to the valet or VIP parking I passed at the one minute marker entrance to the parking lot and then go to your box seats? You're not experiencing what other people are experiencing and I'm afraid you've lost track. I hope you will do something to remedy.
