My kids meanwhile enjoyed all their snacks and drinks, thank God since I didn't want them rambunctious as I signed my life away. My realtor Brittney Burnett and Joanne Youssef were the best! The third time, after my wife and I had to go sign papers at their office the second time; I saw they had overcharged me for an appraisal I had not gotten. The owner called me promising to "make things right." Two weeks later: nothing. Use another company.

Instead of providing basic professional service, Ernest was rude, aggressive, and completely unhelpful. Throughout our interaction, he was condescending and repeatedly brought up unnecessary political commentary. The moment he found out I was moving from California, his attitude escalated--he spoke ill of my move, made unwarranted judgment calls, and was blatantly unwelcoming. Relocating to a new area is already a major transition, and being met with hostility rather than standard customer support made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Ernest is a poor representative for Sugarland Property Management and certainly does not reflect the welcoming hospitality Texas is known for. I strongly advise prospective tenants and clients to request another agent or look elsewhere.

He made sure we signed every document on time, met every deadline, and understood what we were committing to. He was also proactive in reaching out to the builder and lender to make sure they upheld their timelines and responsibilities. We never felt like we were chasing anyone, he was always one step ahead. He took the time to make sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the process, encouraging us to ask as many questions as we needed and patiently walking through details until everything made sense.
