I usually go to the main Texans Credit Union location, but this location in the heart of old…read moredowntown Garland has a special feeling to it. I grew up in a small town, which is one of the things that has always attracted me to Texans Credit Union, because even their biggest location gives you that special hometown feeling (and no, I am not a huge depositor or anything like that!). But this location especially gives you that! Great customer service, and a kind and sincere "Thank You" after your transaction! Review #2160

I have yet to meet a bank like this one. I've been in business for a long time and I've been…read morethrough several banks. I have been most pleased about the personal as well as the business end of this bank. The staff are all personable, I've met them all to include the manager, Jesse, and I find them all very competent! I count on Jose to make sure my business works well on my phone and he always pulls through very well. I cannot say the same for my previous bank Chase. I noticed a book in the manager's office, and I asked if I might read it, given the fact that I'm a dyslexic, he allowed me to take it with me and read. Funny, it's a book on Success written by a bank for the bank personnel and I now have the chance to read it and I've read a number of Success books in my career since I've been self-employed most of my life, over 50 years, and this one hits the spot well. Its title is. " Truist on Purpose", and it is very well worth reading and you'll notice that in the introduction, which is only two pages long, but quite powerful. It speaks my language. It's very nice to work with a bank like this and it's very nice to have this bank near me with this staff to work with, I could express many things to be grateful for getting to know them and they getting to know me as I'm sure they do other clientele! It is well worth the change and I do appreciate all of their help all of the time and they are very consistent about their help! Again, I cannot say that about all banks, not even a small minority of them, and this bank is exceptional! I do visit other Truist banks that could be near my work or when I'm in route elsewhere and I need to get some banking done and they are consistently good at there too, this one on Broadway near Centerville in Garland happens to be my favorite! They represent a very good, stand up, Bank! And every word is the Truist I can say about Truist Bank! A little humor there you know!
