I don't leave reviews very often, but Tim and Jennifer were absolutely amazing. Our truck left us stranded along the highway. After AAA towed it to Texas Auto Performance they really made the process of getting it fixed as pleasant as it could be. Tim is a problem solver and even had great suggestions that really aided us in our desperate situation. The repairs were top notch, the truck runs great. I've never experienced a repair shop where the owners really do care. These folks are really the salt of the earth type people and they run their business accordingly. Thank you Tim and Jennifer, we appreciate everything! Chris and Denise read more

Developed a water leak and my truck overheated outside of Cisco. Limped my truck into Cisco and parked it in front of Tim's repair shop. Within an hour, Tim was able to locate the water leak and kept me informed on the progress of the repair. Although it was Friday the 13th, luck was on our side as they had just the required Ford part in stock to make the repair and in just a couple hours I was back on the road. Tim called me an hour after leaving the shop to check how my truck was running (that's good customer service one rarely experiences anymore). Tim and his family operate a good business. This country needs more people like Tim and his family. read more

Sooooo ya'll remember telling your friends "my dad's better then your dad??" Well let me just say----my mechanic better then your mechanic---way above and beyond better!! Folks, Texas Auto Performance LLC in Cisco,Texas is a Family business that knows how to treat their customers RIGHT !! We have a 2012 Ford Fusion and it was having some mechanical issue and Texas Auto Performance was able to pinpoint our issue. They were very nice in telling us of our issue and quoted us a very decent price and they ended up coming in under the price. NOW the extra reason for praising my mechanic is that today I dropped my Fusion in around 10:00 a.m. for a control arms issue. The streets in our town of Cisco are not very car friendly plus the many miles driving on Texas highways made our front end very shaky. This must had been a "one-of-those-Freaky Friday" day as it seems that each cars ahead of me had major major issues. We was needing the car as we were planning on a road trip Saturday and I did not want to chance a road problem driving. Well about 3:00 we received a call explaining the backlog Freaky "Friday" situations. She knew of our Saturday road trip and that they would do there very best. Now here is the above and beyond that really was a kicker in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...Texas Auto Performance usually close at 6:00 but since no real fault of their own Texas Auto Performance was going to complete my car's issues in after hours. They completed the job and while our car was up on the rack they noticed a leak in my brakes and was able to fix this issue and at 7:30 the issues were fixed. Folks there may be a way above and beyond better mechanic somewhere in Texas but to have one in Cisco----way cool !!! Great read more

We didn't know this area at all but coasted in to this town and limped it to the only shop we could find on that side of the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an ETA on parts and a general idea of cost. They had it repaired and out the door on the day they said they would and even kept an eye on the 5th Wheel while it was parked on their lot while they waited for parts. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I wish all shops I have been to over my lifetime were this good.

Cassidy in Finance made the paperwork quick and easy, clearly explaining all of my options without any high-pressure sales tactics.
