As recent Winter Texans, we are SO happy that we discovered Canopy RV Resort! The place is magical…read morein so many ways and our entire stay was more than delightful. The location is perfect with its close proximity to New Braunfels, yet still retaining that country feel and quietness - so relaxing. There are many things to do and see in the area as it is within easy driving distance to San Antonio, Austin, and many of the attractions that this area has to offer. While the resort is fairly new, it has many mature trees in some sections that make it feel more established and fresh at the same time. Everything is kept up and maintained to a very high standard. We're not sure that you could find cleaner facilities than what this resort offers. We really enjoyed the amenities that were available for use during our stay. They have large gas grills on the patio next to the pool that were available for use. We were also able to use the oven in the grand room, which came in handy more than once. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the firepit area as it provided us an area to gather and have social conversations on a regular basis. And the activities calendar kept us busy and engaged - loved it! But the BEST thing about Canopy is the amazing staff and everything that they do to create a sense of community at this resort. Without them and their efforts, this place would be a really nice facility without any soul. But Devyn and her staff are a large part of the secret sauce that makes Canopy so much more special. We quickly felt like we were a part of larger family or community - a sense of belonging that is hard to describe and yet so wonderful to experience. Before we left this year, we made plans to return next year and for the foreseeable future. We are proud to call Canopy our winter home and would gladly recommend it to anyone else.

We came for a short stay and loved it so much we stayed for two years! From day one, the staff has been absolutely exceptional. The office team is so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful - they go above and beyond for every guest. And the maintenance crew is outstanding. They keep everything running perfectly and are always smiling, always willing to help. You can tell they truly care about this park and the people in it. The cleanliness is second to none. This park is immaculate - the grounds, the roads, the restrooms, laundry, everything is always spotless. It's obvious how much pride they take in keeping it beautiful. The amenities are fantastic for everyone. Whether you're a family with kids or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway, there is something for you. So many great amenities, beautifully maintained, and perfect for making memories. We have stayed at RV parks all over, and nothing compares to this one. It feels like home, like family. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, well-run park with amazing staff and wonderful amenities, look no further. We can't recommend it highly enough! We will absolutely be back!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would--10/10!…read moreWe stayed here July 13-16, and this has been my favorite campground by far. It was our first time visiting, and Tina and Karen went above and beyond for us more than once. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The campground is exceptionally clean, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into every detail. There are so many little touches throughout the property that make your stay more comfortable--things most campgrounds simply don't think of. Those small details really set this place apart. I probably called the office well over 20 times with random questions while we were there, and although I felt a little needy, they never once made me feel like I was bothering them. They were always patient, friendly, and happy to help. This will definitely be our yearly camping spot, and it's the only place I'll stay whenever I visit New Braunfels. I can't recommend it enoug

This is my second review of Canyon Cove after having been here for about 9 months…read more Sure, she's got her quirks. Sometimes there are various technical issues, and my cell service is weak out here, (that's a failing in my service provider, tho) and the highway intersection at the entrance can make it tricky to get in and out. But all that just adds to her charms! It's the bird song, the fireflies, the cool breezes, the feeling remote but having fairly easy access to all that is needed... and most of all it's the people. Deb and Dave have been nothing but friendly, responsive, and they work hard to continue to make improvements to this place, and to take care of issues in an expedient manner. And our neighbors? Our neighbors have been wonderful! We've not met a single person who hasn't just been full of smiles. We truly hate to leave Canyon Cove, but life is calling us in another direction... at least for now. We hope to be back in the not too distant future and resume life in this peaceful place! Thank you, Deb and Dave! See you soon!

They deliver it to each camper . Also you can be evicted for no reason so beware. The owner David has a rule do as i say not as i do. Rule 1 pick up your dog poop but he doesn't pick up his dog poop. He doesn't walk his dogs he rides on a electric bikes and carts and pulls them down the road. The dogs have to poop on the road as he doesn't stop for them to poop. Speed limit 5 miles an hour which he doesn't abide by . The roads are awful with potholes everywhere. Also when the well was putting out we were on boil order a lot. He also talks awful to his wife the co-owner. He also thinks he knows everything. We have never been late on Rent most time paying early but still got evicted. When I asked why Deb said she doesn't have to give a reason. They both say they moved here from Colorado cause the state turned blue but they act like they are blue. I wish anyone who moves there good luck you will need it.

When we lived in NB we did not know about this place (why would we?), but during our visit we knew…read morewe needed more than just a hotel and so glad we found this gem. We stayed in a one bedroom cabin, with a loft. Things we liked: the fan in the living area, full kitchen, the beds were comfy, friendly staff, ability to rent a golf cart, laundry area, playground and pool! Things that could be improved: thorough cleaning after a pet stay (I'm very allergic to cat/dog dander and stayed in the loft with my toddler and if I didn't have socks on my allergies were BAD due to the carpet), a few pieces on trim kept falling off by the door(which normally I wouldn't care but my curious toddler kept touching the exposed nails), no blinds in the loft and shower is SHORT (I'm 5'4" and was bending down to wash my hair). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I could see how it could be loud for some people, but our cabin was on the non-highway side so we had a quiet and peaceful trip. We would definitely stay here again next time, just in a bigger cabin!
