Yes, there aren't too many gas options along the way back to the airport especially when one forgets to fill up the rental car, but at least this little gas station is just a hop, skip, & jump away from the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport. Prices here are what it is..........neighbor island gas tends to be a little higher than what we pay for on Oahu, but I guess that's the way it goes, and the locals get used to that. I haven't stopped into the Nom Nom store for anything, I strictly come here for the convenient gas location. If you forget to fill up your rental before taking it back to the airport, this Nom Nom/Hele Gas station is a great option.
