I have been a patient at Morganton Eye at Forest city, For about 15 years. I am always treated with…read morekindness and respect. The staff and doctors are always professional and thorough. There have been times when I have waited a bit for my appointment, but I know the doctors sometimes have emergency patients, or patients who present with unexpected symptoms, and require more time. I have complete confidence that my eye health is important to the doctors, and I wouldn't trust my eye care to any other physicians.

The first time, we ended up walking out after waiting over an hour to see a doctor for a contact lens fitting. Today we waited over an hour and a half to see a doctor for her yearly exam. He came in for 5 minutes and basically told her she needs a new prescription. Then *poof* he was gone. I've never had any issues with the staff; in my experience they have been polite and helpful. But the inefficiency and the way patients' time is casually wasted is making me consider finding another provider. I dread going there because I never know how much of my day is going to be lost.
