He asked for relevant information over email and gave us fully detailed overview of the process including what he services he could and could not provide (e.g. he couldn't represent us in court, but he could file deed and get it recorded) My wife and I both are working people and needed a lot of flexibility. Both of us would need to go sign the paperwork and have it notarized. Rob offered to get into his office at 7:30am just to accommodate us even though his office building itself doesn't open till 9. When we went there he was ready with all the paperwork and he went over everything in detail. We even made a check that was slightly higher amount by mistake (including credit card surcharge) and Rob pointed out that the amount should be lower! Completely unprofessional. I contacted Rob through a referral from First American Title for help on a deed transfer. He emailed me a pamphlet on deeds and a questionnaire that he would need to start preparing the documents. I sent the completed and signed questionnaire back to him to proceed with the deed, but I never heard back from him. I actually reached out to Rob telling him that since I never heard back from him, I needed to go elsewhere to get my documents completed. Even then, I never got a response from Rob whatsoever.
