I arrived with multiple physical injuries that Vita helped treat and I know, without a doubt, she is the reason I was well enough (physically and emotionally) to climb and summit The Grand. Not only did she help me prepare for one of the most challenging adventures of my life but she was there to help me recover. Because of her, I regained my strength, got my appetite back, improved my sleep, and healed my heart. Plus, her cupping and massage treatment is a delightful bonus!! I will absolutely be coming back the next time I'm in Jackson and can't recommend Vita enough for anyone looking for a TCM expert who is full of warmth and compassion.

I signed up for a reformer Pilates class on Friday morning and was not disappointed. Although the equipment was a little different than what I am accustomed to at my regular studio in Denver, Spela's instructions made me feel right at home. Perhaps it was all of the tasty cocktails I enjoyed the night before or the temperature in the Pilates room downstairs, but I was a sweaty Betty by the end of the 50-minute class. Like, I needed to go back to the hotel and take a shower ASAP sweaty. But nothing I couldn't do while on vacation! Props to the detox tea I enjoyed in the cafe before class began.

After working with Bobbi at Whole Fit Being, I was able to prioritize the often overwhelming…read moreresponsibilities of my day to day life. We worked together to develop short and long term goals and created strategies to achieve them. For example, I was seeking out ways to be more mindful and aware of how I'm feeling in various situations throughout the day. It was important to me to be more present in my personal relationships and a more effective leader at work. Bobbi and I worked together to create measurable objectives that set me on the right course for a mindful life. Her technique also allows for plenty of forgiveness when you need to make a detour or two along the way :) The supportive coaching provided through Whole Fit Being's methods allowed me to feel success at each small accomplishment while working towards my long term life goals.

We set manageable goals that moved me forward - I stopped eating all the sugar I was consuming to stave off the sadness, and I started taking steps in my business that I had been avoiding. It was amazing and I immediately felt better about every aspect of my life. I also made some big changes with my business, which I had been avoiding. But working with Bobbie as a coach made me feel safe to start the baby steps necessary to get to my business goals. Bobbi has a warmth but also an authority that made me feel safe and in experienced hands. There was no judgement from her as I revealed myself. She guided the sessions like a pro and I would comment after each one how insightful she was. I highly recommend Bobbi if you are struggling with weight, food, exercise, health, career and personal challenges. I guess that means I recommend her for any improvements you want to make in your life! I truly cannot say enough about how terrific she is as a health coach. You won't find anyone better.

We've been members of at this gym for many years. The gym has everything you could need for a great…read moreworkout, clean facilities, modern machines, great layout. Workout equipment is a bit outdated, but by far the best in Jackson! That's not being biased. I've checked every facility out because of our resignation a few months ago. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the owner, Jan. She has a manipulative demeanor, often engaging in gossip and spreading rumors about members, which fosters an uncomfortable and distrustful environment. This lack of discretion and respect for clients' privacy reflects poorly on the type of facility she runs. I've known many that have left due to her spreading gossip and completely disrespecting her staff and micromanaging them. While she's the majority owner, and Chuck being co-owner (often come to work drunk and drink on the job), also loves town gossip and tag teams Jan when it comes to getting members to quit while acting inappropriately. The staff and trainers are great, the gym itself has fallen apart dramatically once they lost their main employee manager, Jesse. He made that gym our happy place. The energy that he gave off was enough to motivate myself and my wife. It's disappointing because the club itself could easily be a 5-star experience if it weren't for that negative energy at the top.
