Workout equipment is a bit outdated, but by far the best in Jackson! That's not being biased. I've checked every facility out because of our resignation a few months ago. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the owner, Jan. She has a manipulative demeanor, often engaging in gossip and spreading rumors about members, which fosters an uncomfortable and distrustful environment. This lack of discretion and respect for clients' privacy reflects poorly on the type of facility she runs. I've known many that have left due to her spreading gossip and completely disrespecting her staff and micromanaging them. While she's the majority owner, and Chuck being co-owner (often come to work drunk and drink on the job), also loves town gossip and tag teams Jan when it comes to getting members to quit while acting inappropriately. The staff and trainers are great, the gym itself has fallen apart dramatically once they lost their main employee manager, Jesse. He made that gym our happy place. The energy that he gave off was enough to motivate myself and my wife. It's disappointing because the club itself could easily be a 5-star experience if it weren't for that negative energy at the top.

Trust I am not blowing smoke up their ass it is a great gym and if they were to add a shoulder fly and Tbar equipment I'd move here . If you're in town for work or a vacation and you need a gym THIS IS THE PLACE. (Also the cheapest!)

I had the chances to work with Laura, Tiffaney, and Alice, and all three women are beyond incredible. They are so aware of the body and I really appreciated the attention they gave to form while still kicking my butt! Their instruction was super clear and visual, and each class had so much variety in terms of exercises that every muscle group of my body was worked. In just two weeks I was noticeably more toned and stronger! 100% this studio will be one of the primary reasons I come back to Jackson, WY. Everyone should go here!

Life Fittness equipment is great, and having a personal TV really makes a difference. There is usually enough pieces of cardio equipment to go around, although sometimes between 5-6pm in the winter it can get a bit crowded - it's never really been a problem though. I also like the fact that if something is out-of-order, it's fixed within a day or two. Everything you'd need for strength training. Changing rooms are fine, although a steam room and sauna would be nice just as an option. .

The owners are more interested in their next vacation than the gym's day to day operations. Also very much a jump on the bandwagon type gym. Oh TRX is in now, yeah we are experts in TRX. Oh Crossfit is hot now, yeah we are experts at that. You name it and they are instant experts. Yet nobody there has any extensive training but they are all experts in everything.
