I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.

So when they called me yesterday to see if they could spray the barnyard again I said yes! They said it would be the same cost. I told them to just do the same thing but the caller said they had a new tech and I needed to meet him to show him the area. I said that would be great as long as he could meet me at 8 am. She stated that wouldn't be a problem. So this morning I waited finally I called the company and told them to cancel what I had them doing because I didn't have time to wait. I had clients with my own business to meet. As I was on the phone with them their tech was calling me on the other line. I meet with him and shiwed him the same area as last year. I then was late for my appt with my client but I notified them I was going to be late. I received a phone call 30 minutes later from turfco stating they had been told I wasnt very happy about the service tech being late and was told it was always an about time they would come. I stated I understand that but was told differently the day before. The lady in the phone looked up the notes and said it was actually in the notes saying to be there at 8. So she then gave me 5% off my total and I paid her over the phone. Should be done and over right!! No I get a phone call a couple hours later that the Bill is actually 381$ this time. What?? Ok I say I will pay you but lose my number I don't want to work with your company again. I say let me give you my card number to pay the balance. She states she has my card on file from when I paid earlier! Umm, at what point did I say to save my card number? Never. I think this is a very unprofessional business that I personally with never use or recommend to anyone. As a business owner myself I know I wouldn't be in business for the past 20 years if this is How I treated my clients
