After my injury seemed to worsen, I called Dr. Bullington's office, where they had an appointment for me within hours of my phone call. I received an exam, X-rays, MRI, explanation with instructions, and fitted for brace all within 2 hours. I felt relieved and was very happy with the care I received. I never felt rushed, and to me, it was how a well oiled office should run. Dr. Bullington also called me a week later to checkup on my status, how awesome was that!!! I wish I lived closer or at least had relatives to recommend to them. I have never received such impressive care. Thank you Teton Orthopaedics & Dr. Bullington.

Friendly Doctor, in a very well equipped facility. Treatment…read morefelt rushed, and kind of 'vague' Surgery was recommended, and performed, which seemed fine. The problem was later when the knee didn't really get much better. Then I felt like I was told it was "better" and that I should deal with it. Later learned (after getting my files) that there was no mention that I kept coming back for additional treatment and the pain wasn't getting better. In fact, the file stated that I was improving and no further treatment was needed. On a secondary note: This facility is located at St Johns Hospital. When I went for surgery I assumed it was a part of that facility. Instead, you go to a separate facility that is owned by this doctor and some others. They are very aggressive about making you pay... or face collections. When I say aggressive.... I called to make payment arrangements. Was asked what amount I could pay, and when I said the amount, I was told I would be sent to collections. That cut and dried. Had I known all of this in advance I would have not allowed the surgery here. This also makes me doubt the Dr as I feel like I was run through the mill....

At the end of our trip, we started our roadtrip back home to CA and my bf had a bike accident on the way from the NP to Jackson. The nice local lady helped my bf and suggested for us to go to St John's Urgent Care to get him checked out since he had a small concussion from the fall and road rashes etc. We drove St John and got my bf checked in and he was seen very shortly after. His nurse was Allie and Justin and they were so wonderful, and may I add, also funny! They took really good care of my bf, from cleansing the wounds to dressing the wound. Although, it looked pretty painful when my bf had all his wounds cleansed, scrubbed with a sponge over and over until the dirt was out.. OUCH! He also got two X-rays, all ordered by Dr. Kevin, who, by the way, the sweetest doctor in urgent care we've met! He was so thorough and took the time to ask my bf carefully all kinds of questions to make sure he was okay. He examined my bf's helmet and examined all of his wounds so carefully. He gave his diagnoses and they were spot on after the X-ray results. When my bf was back home and went to see his family doc at the advise of Dr. Kevin, his family doc gave him the same diagnoses. Lucky to say, my bf's accident was barely at the threshold of being serious, so he was really lucky.. Overall, great facility and great people. I wouldn't want to say we would def come back again but if you ever find yourself in a hole...in Jackson, check them out first before going to the ER... We had a wonderful experience despite the unfortunate event.

He took the time to do full head to toe assessment in addition to simply treating my ailment. The administration staff was incredibly kind going above and beyond to help a new guy in town navigate some of the local housing and job market. I will definitely return here if I need medical attention again while in the Teton Valley. I couldn't have been more impressed.

We had a nurse with us and she said just rest it will be fine, well after a week of rest in the middle of the wilderness. We called it, to the ER we went to, they were super sweet and not busy as it was summer and their super busy time is the winter when everyone is skiing. They did an x-ray and MRI and confirmed that it was in fact torn in many places. They gave me painkillers as well as a knee brace that was from my thie to my ankle with some crunches. They said to go see an orthopedic doctor, well that doctor was out till mid-August. I was able to hop around until I went home and my ortho looked at it. It by that point started to heal and he was like your young and if it not bothering you then at least see what PT can do too. I am now 26 and my knee is fine nothing to complain about. For nurses yes you are very wise but also know when to encourage people to go get things checked out. I think she was worried because she was the owner of the dog that tripped me by running up behind me and taking my knee out. Because of the location that were were at they had all the high-end medical tools for a knee injury.
