"Coach Black" is the mastermind behind their accelerated reading program where she teaching…read morestudents how to read. I went to her introductory seminar because of a leaflet I found on UF's campus that promised to improve my study skills and give me more free time. She promises a "99% improvement rate", which might actually be true, because learning to read faster is not difficult, you can buy a cheap book on the topic (or find free advice online) that will get you similar results. She spent about 3/4 of the presentation telling us about how great she and her business is, how she's got a great rating with the BBB, etc. Only in the last quarter of the session did we actually get a chance to see what the course she's selling is about with a mini lesson on speed reading techniques. Now, I wouldn't give her 1-star if that's all she did (I'd give her 3 stars). But the reason I knocked off two stars is because this woman is a liar and will lie to sell her product. She told us that we were the "only class" (ever) that she was going to give us an "exclusive discount" on if we were to sign up for the course that day (typical time-pressure sales tactic). So instead of $299 she's take a "whopping" $50 off and sell us these well-known techniques for a mere $249. She asked us not to tell anyone else about this. On my way out of the class, I noticed a student waiting outside for the next session to begin. I asked of she (let's call her S) could text me what price Coach Black offered her class. The next day I found out that she was basically given the same spiel with the same "exclusive" discount. Not only that, but S says she spoke with one of Coach Black's assistants who told her that she too had paid $250 for the course (and that must have been quite a while ago). Is Coach Black really running a "Better Business"? I think not. Lying to a room full of people doesn't get you the great reputation she'll try to convince you she has, and needless to say neither myself nor S signed up for the course.

I met Coach Black a few years ago when I took her Accelerated Reading Class. The class was…read moreextremely useful and beneficial. When I was a freshman at the University of Florida, I frequently wished that I could read significantly better and faster. However, I had no knowledge that it was even possible to augment these skills. One day, I received a flyer advertising classes that could do this with a free info session. It caught my interest immediately. The presentation was very well done. Her analogies and introduction to a new way of thinking really resonated with me. I was impressed with her track record and the testimonials of her previous students, and she further gained my trust with a written money-back gurantee. After taking the class, I was able to double my reading speed while retaining 100% of my comprehension, and I felt the productivity in my work increase as a result. More recently, I found out that she offered tutoring services for standardized admissions test. I was about to graduate with my bachelor's and planned on pursuing an advanced degree. For over a year and a half, studying for the GRE had proven difficult and frustrating, and all previous attempts to seek help from other well-known test-preparation companies were unsuccessful. Before I started training with Coach Black, I had not been able to score above a 480 and 370 on the Quantitative and Verbal sections, respectively, on any of the practice tests that I took. However, after just three weeks of Coach Black's sessions, I was able to achieve a score of 760 and 550, which ultimately led to my acceptance into my first choice graduate program. Coach Black models integrity and compassion in everything that she does. The consummate professional, her clients are always her top priority. I would recommend her and her services to anyone.

I had the last chance to pass Audit before my credit expire, hence i bought GLEIM to help get rid of CPA exam. It worked like Magic. If it hadn't for GLEIM sims problems, i would have fail AUDIT test and eventually not become a CPA. I recommend it to all even though it might feel difficult initially. Thank You GLEIM TEST BANK.

I just finished taking my first CPA test. It was audit, and that was an experience. I was using a…read moreCPA review system that uses the Wiley book for the multiple choice questions as homework. I thought I had studied enough for the test as I was getting high 70%'s on multiple choice questions. I was feeling confident that I would do well. Then a friend recommended using the Gleim software to study the multiple choice questions. Imagine my surprise when I took my first multiple choice testlet with the Gleim software and only scored a 50%. I was upset, why did I do so badly with the software? I believe it is because the Gleim is similar to the CPA test. Gleim gives you the option to mix the questions up or give you them in the order you study them. The Gleim software has many options to choice from to prepare for the CPA test. You can choose how many questions in a testlet (from 1 to 2046), as well as which topics to test on (you can choose all topics, just one topic to focus on, or a few specific topics). Gleim offers the two test taking options, a test session and a study session. I recommend study session. When I am trying to learn, it is always best to know right away if I am right or wrong, and the study session lets me know immediately if the answer is correct or not and the reason why. I really like that, because the reason I choose that answer is fresh in my memory and I will have immediate reinforcement of a correct theory, or will have an incorrect theory/thought corrected so I do not have the same issue/error in the future. Whether you choose the test or study session does not affect the performance analysis Gleim offers. It shows the breakdown of the last test taken, the last three test taken and a cumulative score. I feel that the grade for the last three give a better feel to figuring out where my weaknesses were in the test. Then I selected those sections to be tested on to strengthen my skills in those areas. I would recommend taking at least one of the test sessions before going to the actual test. It is very similar to what the CPA test is like and will make it a little less intimidating. I wish the CPA test showed you immediately if the question was right or wrong like Gleim does. In the end, I was scoring in the 70%'s on the study sessions when I left to go take the test. I will not know my score for another month, but I know that using this software helped me in preparing for the test in a way that I would not have gotten from a book, and had I not used it I would defiantly not have passed, using only the methods I was using.
