She was so nice as we talked before my first appointment. I asked questions about my insurance plan and she answered. She gave me information that was very helpful to a new patient. Dr. Andy was walking past and stopped to introduce himself and shake my hand. Dr. Andy took the time to explain his practice and what he could do for me. He did not give me a script for any meds because he wants to find the root of my problem, not relieve my symtoms but find out what is causing my symtoms. I've been not well since August and this is the first doctor's office that has not given me a list of meds that again, will not work. The front desk ladies were really pleasant and already knew me by my name since last appointment. Waiting time was short. The most friendliest and professional looking nurse called me in 10 minute and took me straight to the doctor. Doctor spent a lot of time asking me all possible questions to fully understand my problem. He didn't rush me and before examining me, took me through all the steps I was about to go through for my procedure. After everything was done, a nurse spent more time with me going through possible complications that might happen and what I need to do in case it will. Less than an hour later, I was already in the car on my way home. It's already a week after and I feel fine and had a pretty fast recovery. All I can say that Dr Iwanicki is the most gentle and knowledgeable doctor and he cares about his patients a lot as well as his staff who made me feel comfortable from the moment I came until I left.
