Josh takes and edits beautiful photos, he is very talented, but it is not worth waiting NINE or more months to receive them. I was terrified that he had lost my wedding photos and videos because he refused to respond (until legal action was mentioned). NEVER pay someone in full until you are happy with your results. I felt helpless while being ignored for months on end. I also didn't like the fact that I (the bride) felt I had to be in charge of posing group photos. I felt like a bridezilla on my wedding day because Josh wouldn't take control and speak up about who he wanted in which shots. The day felt very unorganized when it came to taking pictures, and I missed speaking to some of my guests because it was taking too long. I am also sad to say I don't have pictures of my husband's family with my family. Very disappointed. A "second shooter" was not provided for us even though we requested months in advance in order to get video and photos from the same 'company'.
