This very busy shop agreed over the telephone to prioritize our vehicle. They suggested we walk 3 blocks to a very nice area of shops where we had lunch at a cafe named Jessie's ( recommended by Smith Tire). We were so appreciative of Smith Tire.

After traveling the last few days in below freezing temps, our refrigerator's electronics malfunctioned. Within a few hours of calling, our unit was in the shop, the issue diagnosed, options to repair discussed, and parts were ordered. Once parts arrived, we were again immediately back in the shop, repaired and on our way. Don Dee and Heath (technicians) both were so helpful in communicating the initial issue and expediting the parts shipment. Also, Trey the shop manager, was involved and assisted us with LP fill to get us on our way. A great team of people, along with the admin support of Linda Faye and welcoming tail wags of Lily May and Daisy Dee, truly made this a memorable service, with ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS! thank you!

Long story short with my situation was long distance traveling, broke down on a Sunday near this area traveling through the state, had my vehicle towed to another location that was closed, had to leave it there overnight and contacted these folks first thing the next morning from 4 hours away (continued on to our destination via rental car). Not only were they accommodating via the telephone, they went and picked up my truck from the other location, diagnosed it and actually fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost. I had already assumed that my vehicle was going to require extensive work and time to complete it which is why we continued on to our vacation destination but it turns out that it was just a bad injector. Although I was out the added expense on top of my vacation spending it was minimal at best all things considered. They even allowed me to keep my vehicle on their lot for several days prior to pick up. For an out-of-towner I couldn't be happier with the service I received and quick turn around. Vehicle runs like new again and had no issues on my 1200 mile trip back home. I would easily recommend this place to anyone for diesel engine work. Thanks again.
