He completely missed my windows, windshield and my mirror. I can understand having smudges because you at least tried to clean the windows etc; but like I said he didn't even attempt to. When I talked to them about they said they could credit $10 for the next clean, that was my tip .. so what are y'all really discounting? lol. Terrible service!

Said he was going to make it up to me and acknowledged his unprofessionalism. Reached out on multiple occasions afterwards and he gosted me. Felt threatened in the last message.
