When I explained the situation to Fernando at O'Reillys, he went above and beyond, checking the computer and retrieving the missing headlamp that had been sitting in their stock for 13 months. The store is relatively well stocked, prices are competitive and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. We don't think a lot about the auto parts stores by us until we need them. I negotiated with the insurance company for the best settlement I could get for the totaled car, but even then, we weren't working with a lot, and we needed a reliable car that could get my wife and daughter to work and school. We'd seen a few of Sensible's listings online, and they definitely seemed like the best bang for our buck, so we checked them out in person. We went by on a Saturday, and the guy who worked there was great. He explained the way they work, and he showed us all over the lot and showed us cars based on what we were looking for. It was a very chill / low pressure situation. I was very pleased with him. We then checked a few other lots, only to find that they were all charging ALOT more for vehicles that were pretty comparable with the ones we saw at Sensible, so in the end we decided to go with Sensible once the settlement check came in. There was a small issue with the car we bought, but they got us right back in to their mechanic, and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. We really appreciate that, especially since they didn't have to, since the car we bought was "no warranty". The fact that they wanted to help make sure the car was running great for my wife and daughter, shows me that they are quality people, and I am very thankful that we found this place. The staff was all super cool, and the process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who was looking for a car!

Going the extra mile with everyone and being quick about it. He was even quickly scooting around the store from front to back to get everyone taken care of quickly. Have you ever seen employees run through the store to help you quickly? The store had a host of batteries available. Took phone here to be repaired. Cracked screen. They repaired it but put smaller than screen screen…read moreprotector on it, which is weird. Worked for a few days then just quits. Nothing. Still under warranty so brought it back and they say nothing they can do. Phone is done!! Then lock screen comes on looking like it's a new phone to set up. Tried accessing my account and phone goes black again. They don't know anything about phone repair and at this point I question if phone was hacked. Do not take your phone here!!!! And when phone was brought back in to correct problem employee said 30 mins. Then told us it'd be at least 4 hours!! Don't trust them!!!
