    We discovered this store during our last trip but weren't able to make a visit. Fast forward to today and an unscheduled visit back to the desert and this was high on my list of things to do while here. Street parking along El Paseo was easy being that it's summer time and who wants to walk around in 100+ heat. Once inside we were greeted by a nice young lady. She offered assistance and we gave the typical response "just looking". Once we started checking out the car further we began asking questions and this gal knew her stuff. This was unlike any car dealer experience I've ever encountered. First off, they were informative, polite, respectful and no sleazy high pressure sales tactics. We learned about the various models Tesla makes, my favorite of course is the Model S P90D. Boasting 762 horsepower with a 0-60 time of 2.8s, this thing must be a rocket ship. The design inside and out is beautiful. The control panel on the dash is like a super sized Ipad. There was also a blue Model X parked out front which is beyond beautiful if you're in the market for an SUV. We learned about the distance these vehicles will go on a single charge and how rising temperatures extends the range further. Also amazing is the extensive map of charging stations and supercharging stations across the country to make traveling a breeze. The cost to recharge, zero! Seriously has me reconsidering trading up to the Cadillac CTS-V to the Model S, P90D.

    So I know it isn't a Supercharger location, but there are no signs posted notifying Tesla owners that the 6 Tesla charging spots are for store use only (Brea Mall in Brea, CA has this notification posted). We were eating at a restaurant in the El Paseo area hoping to charge while we ate. On one prior occasion we did charge while we ate at Sullivan's. However, the same six Tesla cars were parked in spots for over 2.5 hours - mind you that two of them were not even plugged in. I assume all 6 cars were demos for the store. Is this a public Tesla charging station or is it not? Put up a sign so we know.

    An amazing experience everything from the show room to setting up a test drive we came in last week looked at the car and gave us a lot of information and set up an appointment for this week. we had an appointment at noon we drove the car for about 20- 30 minutes it's amazing vehicle and we're definitely considering buying one. Great staff great facility

    Super awesome showroom experience. Sales rep really well informed and truly passionate about product. Very patient in explaining all the bells and whistles. Helped us build our car right there and do not pressure is at all to buy. Wishing every car recon experience was like this. No high pressure sales. The EV practically sells itself on beauty and performance alone. 300 plus miles per charge in the city is simply amazing. Can't wait for the 35K model so that the country will rethink how they drive and what they drive. Tesla rocks it.

    Poor Management, Wasted Time…read more I drove an hour to this location after reserving a vehicle online. The website made everything simple -- that's where the good experience ended. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. After sitting down with the salesperson, I learned the car I came for had open recalls and couldn't be sold -- something they texted me about 30 minutes before my arrival while I was already driving. No earlier call, no meaningful notice. I had already been there nearly an hour. Management offered a $300 shipping credit (only usable at that location), which wouldn't even cover the typical shipping cost. They refused to apply it elsewhere or cover full shipping despite the inconvenience. Gas reimbursement required a printed receipt from before leaving -- unrealistic. I decided to look only at cars physically on the lot. I clearly said no white cars and no compacts. I was repeatedly shown white cars and compacts. Eventually I purchased a different vehicle after another long wait. During the test drive, the tire pressure light came on. I was told it was handled before delivery -- it wasn't. The car was also handed over dirty (filthy rims) and missing the actual emergency key -- I was given a plastic cover instead. The salesperson was polite, but management failed at communication, preparation, and basic follow-through. I've bought from CarMax before with no issues. This location was a completely different experience. I won't return. Four hours in-store for this level of execution is unacceptable.

My rear shocks on my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 were shot and Shaun had them replaced the same day. I've had leak issues with my aftermarket air bags and was told that the left side collapsed. So since I'm not pulling my horse trailer any longer, I decided to go back to stock and they removed the broken system. Now she's riding better than ever!!! With my truck at over 10 years old, I have correctly put my trust in Shaun and the Jessup family. He looked me in the eye and clearly stated, "This car is yours," and assured me multiple times that it would NOT be sold to anyone else. Based on his word, I stepped out briefly for lunch with my family, fully intending to return immediately to complete the purchase. After spending over SIX HOURS at this dealership and driving all the way from San Diego, I came back ready to finalize payment--only to be told the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a complete failure to honor a confirmed agreement. What made the situation even worse was David's behavior afterward--he attempted to deflect responsibility, created unnecessary drama, and made misleading statements in front of his team instead of owning his actions. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic respect for customers. A dealership that operates like this cannot be trusted. If their word means nothing, then neither does their business. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this place. Do NOT rely on verbal commitments, no matter how confident they sound. I lost an entire day, wasted hours of my time, and was treated with zero respect after a confirmed deal. This is not how a reputable dealership should conduct business.
