The range of products is not as good as that in the Westgate and the prices are higher - a tub of houmous might be 5p more expensive here. It's not the place to do your weekly shop, but is convenient for little things that you might have forgotten to buy. Queues are long but fast moving at peak times. One thing that does put me off is that most of the fresh fruit and veg is pre-packaged, which means that a) you can't pick out exactly what you want, and b) you can't have smaller amounts than are in the bags.

The most frustrating thing is trying to fit everything into a bag on the tiny counter, as the shop assistants work very quickly! They do sometimes have some real good reduced price bargains around 23:00. The cafe also has some good bargains food wise which help fill the gap when you decide on an impromptu shopping session. The store itself is not the prettiest and can sometimes look quite scruffy, however being such a big store, it is understandable and ASDA offer cheaper shopping, they pull their customers back with the reduced prices. All in all this Walmart store has everything one could ever need under one roof. There are many roll back price bargains on offer all the time and generally their prices are cheaper than most of their competitors.
