Particularly Jayne & Jodie - they were with her for at least 2.5 hours. They were fantastic and I can't thank them enough. When we left the store, I took her to see her GP in Henley, who immediately referred us to Warwick Hospital A&E. We were there nearly 5 hours during which time they did a multitude of tests on her. The end result was they found nothing abnormal, but said she needed to rest, and keep a watchful eye on any change in symptoms. Very many thanks for your care & help. Its also in walking distance of the arrow valley country park., The store has some good offers on. It also has a big cafe that is never to busy. The store has lots of tills and generally its not to busy. They always have quite a good selection of food. I always find the fruit and veg a lot more fresher than other supermarkets. They also have a good butcher and fishmonger. It also has a petrol station The only downside is that there is no bus service to get to it so would make it difficult if you don't have a car park The car park is very large and plenty of disabled and parent and child spaces

Also the quality of the food has gone really poor , that's when you can find anything as the shelves seem half empty a lot of the time. I can remember when Tesco were the best supermarket around but sadly no longer, all in all dare I say it, it's off to Aldi I go.

It even has departments for homeware and sports as varied as horse riding and wetsuits in the summer months. A 24 hour store which offers lottery outlets, foreign currency exchange, coin changing facilities for small change and an in store cafe (although not 24 hour) The store has easily accessible toilets and baby changing room and the clothing department has ample changing rooms for trying on clothes before you buy. This store also has pharmacy which is able to distribute NHS prescriptions (and accepts fee exemption cards for this) and an instore optician offering NHS eye tests. It has instore bakery, fresh fish counter, butchers counter and full delicatessant too. Regular offers on many items and always worth keeping an eye out for yellow tags in the toy and homewares aisle for good bargains. Parking at busy times can be difficult and the car park has a distinct slope to it making it very difficult to navigate with a full trolley although does have ample disabled parking and some (but limited) mother and child parking with under cover walk way to store frontage. This site also houses a tesco garage.

But I feel I needed to give a positive review about a member of staff her name is Surjit. I was in doing my shop after a long day at work but hobbling because of a foot injury that was particularly troublesome. Surjit was so kind and attentive, she came up to me and asked if she could help in anyway and actually took time to listen to me, help me with my shopping - a rare occurrence in many supermarkets, these days your lucky if you can find an assistant. Since then when ever I have been into the store and she is on, she always asks if I'm okay and has a wave or smile for me if she's busy. So high praise to Waitrose and Surjit for showing human kindness, thank you!

Continental Lidls have the bread etc in enclosed "boxes" and you remove them by pushing them into an open area by using an implement. For years I've bought the bread etc from Lidl in the Midlands, but no more as a result of the hygene aspect.

They offer cheap food and drink, is very popular with those wanting to save some money. They do get quite busy and the till queues can be rather annoying. Not only do they have a good selection of frozen (pizzas for £1, bags of frozen chicken breast for 1.3kg for £5) they have regular deals on basics like bread, cheese, lunch box treats. Also has a limited section of tinned food, milk, store cupboard basics and a license to sell alcohol. Parking is easy however the car park is monitored closely (yet discreetly) and they will clamp those who leave the retail park to pop into town or stores over the road. Trolleys are always available (but need a pound- returnable) staff are quick at the tills.
