We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

Whether it's routine maintenance or coming out during a snowstorm, they are quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Recently, we lost power to an entire wall of our home. Mike, one of the owners, quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered extensive old knob-and-tube wiring throughout our 1935 Cape Cod. The entire house was rewired with Romex, and although a whole-house rewire is a major project, the experience could not have gone more smoothly. The project took about three weeks, and every member of the team was friendly, highly experienced, respectful, and incredibly considerate. They were especially mindful of keeping the work area clean and accommodating my sensitivities to allergens. Our dogs loved them:) They arrived on time every day, communicated clearly, and the office was always quick to answer questions and respond to messages. Their workmanship was exceptional. You can hardly tell there was any cutting into the walls. They carefully repaired the small openings they had to make, even matching some very old paint colors. They reinstalled light fixtures, molding, and everything else with great care and attention to detail. They also replaced and upgraded outlets throughout the property, worked on our outdoor buildings, and even inspected checked out an underground electrical line. Their expertise extends well beyond standard residential wiring. One thing I especially appreciated was Mike's honesty. He determined that our electrical panel did not need to be replaced, saving us from unnecessary expense. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who recommends only what is truly needed. Mike and Rebecca have built an outstanding company. Mike is truly at the top of his profession, and I would trust him with any electrical project. The entire team takes pride in their work, and it shows. They were very patient with all my many questions and Rebecca is a wonderful person to connect with. A request this winter for routine furnace check up couldn't be scheduled until four weeks later. At that time also asked for an estimate for furnace replacement for which a tech was available the same day. Tech promised to send us a quote that night - the quote never arrived despite multiple requests. The tech who came out for the routine check up verified our observation that the control panel of the humidifier was not working and promised to send us a quote for replacement. Guess what - quote never arrived. We paid $205 + credit card fees for the visit but never received a statement of work or even a receipt. On the plus side the techs come out at the scheduled time, seem knowledgeable, and behave professionally. Too bad they don't have time to send out promised quotes!

A gentleman from Nolt Electric showed up to fix the front porch lights yesterday afternoon. I also had him fix one of the light fixtures in the in the meeting room that needed a new ballast and change a couple of lights that were out in the reading room. He was putting away the "good" light tubes and overheard two staff members talking about a leak in the mechanical room. The plumber had recently left for the day unable to complete the job since it required a special part. The bucket we were using to capture the drips was filling super-fast at that point. So, we were discussing the logistics of keeping it manageable while the Library was open and turning off the water when we closed. So about an hour later, around 6:30, the super electrician shows back up with a bucket/hose combo to move the water from the leak to the floor drain. The bucket was too tall....so he took it back to cut it down to size. Super Electrician to the rescue!! What a GUY!! I was so very impressed. It speaks volumes for the man and the company he works for - They exemplify "service above self"!
