I'm sure they must get busy at some point, but it's never too crazy out there, so no waiting to be served and the staff were all lovely. It's not particularly near me, but I'd dropped my partner off at work (I know, I'm a fantastic girlfriend) and this was between there and home. Plus there's a Woolworths Express (is that what they're called?) next door. Alright so, first off, it's bigger than it looks on the outside. So as I ventured toward the back of the TARDIS the lady at the counter asked me what I was after. She was nice, friendly, informative, and just the right amount of sympathy. I walked out with a 60 pack of Aspro Clear and some Betadine throat gargle for around $15. I was definitely happy with the whole experience. OH plus there's parking out front.

The place was quiet apart from one obviously local regular man chatting away with all the staff. It was lovely to see them all happy and know each other by name. It makes you feel like you service is personalised, like the people working there actually care. However, I really just wanted to get in and out again with my medicine. Despite being well staffed I had to wait a little too long for my liking to be served and then quite a long time til everything was ready. The place had a good selection of Natio makeup and skin products, however, which I was happy to look at while I waited. Not the most efficient pharmacy I had been to but at the very least they were friendly.

They have a lot less staff than other pharmacies, so it can take a while to get served if it's busy, but they're all nice enough. You can't pay at the prescription desk though, you have to take it in a little basket to the exit. They're an NDSS outlet too, so if you're in need of some subsidised diabetes paraphernalia, this is the place to go in Toombul.
