Ahh, Tezza. Been coming up here since I was a kid. I remember when the esplanade was just a strip of weatherboard shops and everyone walked around barefoot. No Hogs Breath Café, no Subway, no Thai restaurants. Just boardies and bogans.
One thing that hasn't changed about Terrigal Beach is the surf. There ain't none. Which is totally okay, as Tezza is more of a swimming beach than anything else, and great for young families. Oh, and there's a lagoon a ways down that's great for tikes and dogs to splash about in, and it sometimes connects to the sea via a little channel and that's pretty rad in my book.
