On the nice side of town the doors are locked for customers to come in and purchase items from the business. Who Evers working this shift needs to get fired! Multiple people have been trying to enter the building and not even a sign was put up to at least let us know. read more

This review pertains to the location 3366 St Rose Parkway in Henderson NV. I was there today 1/29/26 at around 1145 am. I wanted to buy a pack of Wrigley doublemint gum and $20 gas. Price on shelf showed $2.49, but cash register showed $2.89, so I was over charged. I pointed this out to Charlie, the cashier, and he told me he is on loan to this store and he only pushes buttons. When I tried to pay via my credit card, the card was declined, but I have over $1000 in available credit. I think this is process problem that Terrible needs to resolve. I asked Charlie if I can speak to supervisor, and he said that he does not have the contact information (kinda hard to beleive?). Can I please ask the District Manager to reply? I was over by this location yest. am as the post office is right behind it. My car was dirty after some rain awhile ago & there was no line for their car wash. When it was previously owned by a diff. company there was always a line for a wash & there would be a guy scrubbing your car down before entering. Not sure if this still happens a little later in the day? I was here around 8am. No line. There was a car inside the car wash & the self pay machine won't let you pay for your wash until the car inside gets to a certain place in the car wash. I like how its touch free & there is a recorded voice that tells you what they're spraying on your car as the machines do their thing. The blower runs for about a minute. I like to drive my car forward & back up to help get it dried better....lol Prob can't do that if there is someone else in there. They have a cute little vacuum area that I didn't venture to. This car wash only takes CC so my guess is the vacuum does too. Prob not like the good old days when you'd put some quarter's in there to get power. I did stop in here a long time ago when I needed air in one of my tires & that is when I learned there is new management & maybe even had their name changed. No air machine @ that time but I did see one when I was driving out of their parking lot. Staff was friendly when I was last in here. read more

My brother-in-law left his fannypack and wallet in the mens' room in the convenience store. About an hour later, he was called by Ed at the register to let him know he had the pack with his wallet (which is how he was able to get his number). My brother-in-law was already in Barstow on his way home to California. He called me to go to retrieve the wallet for him. When I got there, a different cashier was working - Ed had already gone for the day. But the new cashier had the wallet behind the counter with my name on it. When I got it back to my brother -in-law, he let me know that ALL of the cash, credit cards, and other papers were still in the wallet. With a California address in the wallet, Ed had to know that my brother-in-law was not a regular and he would probably never see him again. He went out of his way to do the right thing. And that merits a 5 star review. read more

Horrible, or shall I say, TERRIBLE customer service by Joseph. He was unkind, unpleasant, and rude. This was by far, the worst location I've been to. No greeting upon arrival, just a dirty look like, "I don't want to work, and help you" type of attitude. I told him I wanted to redeem my Tuesday reward & he told me to "go get it" when 1) the reward is usually on the counter, but 2) it was a &/or option for a carwash. When I told him that I wanted the wash, he did not want to pick up his scanner, and told me to put my number in, when I already had the scan open on my phone. Ok, fine, no big deal. I'll do your job. Just a rude, unhappy person that should not be in customer service. Bad vibes. read more

We stopped here on our way out of Vegas and were greeted with a Super clean restroom, large selection of drinks for the road, and a friendly staff member. Terribles was the opposite of terrible indeed. PROS: clean restrooms, good selection of items CONS: you need to ask for the restroom key. Also the water temperature of the sink was boiling hot--hope they can adjust it so you don't burn your hands BOTTOM LINE: nice, clean stop for supplies and drinks on you way into or out of Vegas read more

I don't know how long it's been but every time I come here it's closed after 10 PM doors are locked no one in site the music is on loud. I don't get it. There are no signs posted indicating that the establishment is closed for any period of time after 10 PM. I ask, why staff the facility and why pay them to be there to waste time and money. I purchased a car wash from a gentleman earlier today at 8:25 PM. I have the receipt I can post it along with time and date stamps as well. I went to the car wash, the car wash is out of service. Up sell a car wash to out of service equipment. (He did not, I'm being...)What bothers me, is my car wash code expires on 1/16/2022. In Just an Hour or so. I don't know... I know Terrible's has a much better reputation than this and I have been in living in Las Vegas for 30 years @, this year. Unfortunately, I am not sure what's going on with constantly being closed. I've watched 12 people try to pull on the door since I have typed since message. The door says hiring all locations. Fine, hire me! I am Operations Management capable. I definitely would never lock the doors every time I'm here. COVID, I get it. I am a respiratory therapist at the trauma center here in Las Vegas. Please keep us informed. Thank You! Don't come here!! I came here to get a car wash, but the wash wouldn't start. So, I went inside and explained to the employee that my car was in the wash and that it wouldn't start. He immediately started yelling at me saying "I DONT CONTROL THE WASH WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME" I don't know why he was so angry, but it was terrible. Thankfully his manager resolved the issue for me, but I hope that cashier gets fired. read more

In need of propane, this Terrible location was close and had propane in stock. The cashier, at least on the receipt, say CEF. This cashier was male with glasses and big hair. I would rate customer service from this gentleman a 0/10. Rude with an attitude. It was a short transaction but attitude the whole time! Terrible service! Cashier is so rude. I was trying to put gas but the machine wasn't working. It instructed me to go in and pay inside. When I tried ti pay, the cashier lady scolded me and told me that I could pay on the machine but I told her it won't let me. She got annoyed. If I weren't in a hurry, I would got o a different gas station- and there are 4 other gas stations on that street! Won't be going to this one again. read more

Great Car Wash if you want a Brushless wash, just don't bring you car here super dirty it won't do the best job. If your vehicle is somewhat dusty and dirty the Brushless should take of it. The price is good but better if you buy the unlimited pass so you can come as many times per day you want or if you feel the car wash did not clean it good you can drive back in again with the unlimited pass. And if need to get your car vacuumed other locations have free vacuums as well and some locations will wipe down your car etc. read more

I couldn't fill my truck up with gas they have a limit of $75 and with the stupid prices now that doesn't work I've tried to authorize my card and was declined two more times I called my card company and they said it's not on there and they have no limit it is the gas station even though the gas station attendant tenant told me it was the card and not their limits they didn't set anything so they lied to me. I am never going back to this location again. read more

They have a nice walk in "beer cave" with nice beers and wines. The car wash really cleans your whole car unlike other places. The candies are on the expensive side. The place is kept very clean. There is gambling available on site! read more

Received a coupon from the pump for a buy one get one drink inside the store. When I got to the check out the clerk told me it wasn't the exact same FLAVOR of the drink shown on the coupon so he couldn't honor the coupon! I explained it's the same brand, and size just a different flavor. He began to raise his voice at me so naturally I got upset. I told him to check the cooler, their all the same.
