Not a good place to get a picture framed. They were told how I wanted it framed(with the artists…read morename visible) they called and said they wanted to cut the original, I told them no, they said they could do exactly what I wanted and they quoted me a price. Then when it came back to me it was framed wrong not showing the name of the artist, I called them and they said I had to call the framer, I spoke to the framer that said he was told to leave the artist name under the frame by the person I spoke to. When I called the store again they just told me it was too bad, no one wrote down what we talked about and that there was nothing they would do about it. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you do go there be sure to protect yourself and get written and signed copies of your instructions, don't trust that they will stand behind their work.

The service is excellent, they use the most up to date equipment, materials and current techniques to preserve and protect your art work and valuable items. The service is friendly. I personally have framed my art work and had giclees (print of original art) made of my original art work. They photographed the original work and then printed the giclee using the state of the art epson printer located on the premises. The prices are reasonable for the quality of their service.
