One of the best restaurant that I ever been, evento van say the best one, the perfect fusion between traditional and modern Spanish cousine, fantastic food and fantastic quantity. I already taste all the menu and is Fantastic. My fav are croquetas de jamón, migas, steak ( they bring to you a special mini bbq witch hot charcoal). And of course the traditional Cordero and cochinillo, one of the best in the traditional Sierra madrileña. The environment and decoration made a really charming place. Is a long traditional family business, and you can see that when the owner Felipe receive and every customer. and always said bye to all customers. This restaurant is a must.
Uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he estado, por no decir el mejor, espectacular comida y buenas cantidades, mezcla perfecta de tradicional y moderno. He probado todo el menú, mis favoritos son las croquetas con jamón y la ternera a la braza donde te traen tu propia mini bbq de carbón. Y por supuesto el tradicional Cordero y cochinillo, uno de los mejores en la tradicional sierra madrileña. Es un negocio familiar y se nota porque Felipe el dueño recibe y despide a todos los clientes el mismo. Este restaurante es un fijo en mi agenda. read more
