On March 12, Howard emailed us out of the blue telling us that he could not handle our tax return and to go to a larger CPA practice. I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent more than 20…read morehours in the store and over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. I originally intended to sign up for internet service but was persuaded to add a phone line as well. Unfortunately, I have now been without the ability to receive calls or send text messages for 14 days. Every day, I am told to wait another 24 hours while the issue is supposedly being worked on, yet there has been no resolution. I have repeatedly been given the same answer without any meaningful progress. I was even told that my options were to purchase a new phone number or buy a new phone. When I attempted to purchase a new phone to resolve the problem, I was informed that this process would also take another 24 hours. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I have invested an unreasonable amount of time trying to fix an issue that was created during the activation process. I expected a resolution, appropriate compensation for the loss of service, and a clear explanation of why this has taken two weeks without a solution. Now I have a new phone number and have lost my number that I have had for 20 years.
