I received one of those camera-issued school bus passing tickets even though the video evidence showed that I had not illegally passed a stopped school bus. I challenged the ticket, but the out-of-state private company that administers and profits from these tickets let the matter sit for well over a year before deciding to pursue it. By then, I had moved more than 400 miles away. Michael took over the case and handled everything for me. He was thorough, professional, and easy to work with, and he ultimately obtained a dismissal. What impressed me even more was that after the case had already been dismissed, the company somehow scheduled a court date anyway. Michael stepped in and handled that issue as well, making sure everything was fully resolved. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, but Michael made it as painless as possible. He is honest, fairly-priced, smart, thorough, and genuinely cares about his clients. I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

Frantically searching for an attorney near me at the time, I came across Michael Kuzma, Attorney at Law -- and honestly, it felt like pure luck. From the very first phone conversation, Mike made me feel comfortable. It felt less like speaking to an attorney and more like talking with an old friend. He was upfront, honest, professional, and extremely reasonable with his rates. Most importantly, Mike worked what I can only describe as magic. He successfully had the violation reduced to a parking ticket. I truly cannot express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for his diligence, speedy response, professionalism, and genuine kindness throughout the entire process. If you ever find yourself needing legal representation for a traffic matter, I highly recommend Michael Kuzma.

One meeting with The Multerer Law Form and I was confident I had found the attorney that would best represent my case. I worked with Mark Multerer and his Assistant Carol. These two took an extremely difficult and stressing time, and eased it. Mark was upfront and honest, yet also reassuring that he would fight for me to the bitter end,. He did just that. My case was a difficult one that had slim chances, yet he still not only took the case, but won. He always took calls or returned them if he wasn't in... PROMPTLY. And if he wasn't in, CAROL fielded calls and concerns.... She really is the glue that holds everything together and I will miss my conversations with her the most! Together they are amazing team. I could not recommend a law firm more!
