Their cold section holds mainly beverages and dairy products. Don't worry. You can still buy groceries from Walmart or Metro in the same complex. The bath, creams, lotions, toiletries and cosmetics and beauty counters are well stocked. Almost everything you need is there. The cosmetics and beauty counter personnel are quite helpful. Vitamins and Minerals for Days. A convenient Post Office too. The one thing that still bugs me is a few months back I was lied to by a 'Manager'. So I asked a friend along to go with me to address the same complaint. We were both lied to. So we both showed them pictures on our phone. They maintained their story. I have no idea if we were indeed talking to a manager. But the issue has since been cleared up. I don't want to say what the issue was but it would be super gross to anyone who shops in this particular section. Other than this complaint, I have no issues. The most efficient and welcoming personnel are the Cashiers. Always pleasant. Always a smile.

Courtney, an employee in the Beauty department, quickly gave us a warm welcome and offered help that was personalized to us. She narrowed down our search by asking us what kind of person the consumer was, as well as what scent profiles they would like the most. She also made sure to let us know of all our options including gift boxes and the perfume sampler kit (of which we had never heard of but were pleasantly surprised with). Courtney was very knowledgeable in every perfume we asked about (to which there was a LOT) and her patient nature never once made us feel uncomfortable to ask questions. She made the experience feel extremely personalized and we even shared some laughs in the process. It did not feel 'robotic' at all as other customer service we had received in the past have been from other locations. Courtney was also able to smoothly handle interactions with other customers within the hour we were there. She was equally as friendly to the others and provided personalized help to them as well. It was very efficient to witness and everything was done to follow with COVID-19 protocol. The security guard present between seven to eight that same night was also friendly and shared in some of our laughs. It definitely felt like he and Courtney got along well as coworkers which only helped make the process more fun and comfortable. In the end, we enjoyed the customer service experience Courtney gave so much that we ended up with cologne for my boyfriend as well! We complimented her to my family upon arriving home and even called her later in the night to thank her for her help. We genuinely could not have asked for a better shopping experience. She is definitely an employee we will remember.

I've had two recent struggles at this location, the first was an online order pick up that took…read more15min because they could not find the person in charge of arranging online order pick up. I found this location unsympathetic to accessibility needs keeping senior patron waiting too long standing and failure to follow social distancing protocols. In a second incident, I used self check out with two items, redeemed gift card and found that the machine was not printing out receipt. After receiving payment the machine did prompt approved and another attendee indicated the payment was not received. This is self check out #79. The irony is the attendee to the machine said that they were already aware receipt print out could take up to 3 to 4 min. I dont think that's quite acceptable for the check out. In this case they asked for a secondary payment. Again today employees did not respect social distancing.
