We have worked with Terra several times and despite our introduction to other Mortgage Brokers, we continue to return to Terra. As a first time home buyer buying a short sale I knew very little about the process. Terra walked me through various scenarios and ran the millions of projections I requested. From our very first phone conversation I felt like I had know Terra for years. We had moved to CA from out of state and she came very highly recommended from our real estate agent. Terra is extremely knowledge and really has a way of looking at the bigger picture to ensure you are getting the best possible deal. Things are done differently in CA than in our home state and Terra very patiently took the time to explain everything in detail to us. She is very fast to respond to calls and emails (even on off hours). We bought a new construction home and the builder offered us an irresistible incentive to use their lender. Terra completely understood and agreed that financially we should not turn it down. I was heartbroken to leave her as she had been wonderful but she was understanding and promised to remain by our side until the deal was done to make sure we were being treated fairly.
