I received a call saying a plant I purchased had actually been sold to someone else and that I needed to return it. I explained that the plant had already been installed in my yard. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I was accused of knowingly taking a plant that wasn't mine... which makes no sense. How would any customer possibly know that? Mistakes happen, I understand that. But how a business handles those mistakes is what really matters. Being blamed for something completely out of my control, after being a loyal customer, was disappointing and frustrating. I hope they take a closer look at how they handle customer issues moving forward. This experience definitely changed my perception. I would NOT recommend .

The price was reasonable, other prices are a bit more than the larger stores. Most of the staff is nice, some don't say a word. They have a lot of greenhouses, several were empty when we went in mid summer, the main season is in spring, we knew it would be a bit empty due to the late season and the extreme heat, but we stopped to familiarize ourselves it. We didn't venture too far into the back area, there are a lot of bushes and trees towards the back past the greenhouses. Several trees up front, they have them all around the parameter it seemed. Fort Worth is off my beaten path, but it sounded like it was going to be worth the trip, and it was. There is an ambiance about the place that puts you right at home. It's an old school vibe that takes you back to 1934 when Archie Sr. founded the place. They have a nursery and also a landscape division, so if you are not a do-it-yourself person, they can take care of things for you. When you park and enter in, the first thing that hits you sit he size of the place, it's huge! They have an amazing selection and it is accompanied by fantastic customer service. And these are just nice friendly folks, they are extremely knowledgeable and can pretty much help you with any horticultural or landscaping need.
