Do not hire this company. If I could give them minus numbers of stars I would. We hired them in 2020 to take care of a bat problem. They said they knew how to exclude bats but each person they sent was less knowledgeable than the last. They came without ladders to assess, without a shop vac to clean, and they did not listen to what we said about where the bats were. Plus, the personnel kept changing so we had to start over every month. We asked for our money back and were told "of course!" 27 phone calls later (I am not exaggerating) and two letters plus multiple emails, we have finally received most of our money. $3500 from $4000. But it took three years and we still have bats!! read more

Shamelessly Dishonest! This company does not provide you with pest control services! They are too busy convinces you that your insulation needs to be replaced for thousands of dollars in order for them to see exactly how the pests are entering your home. This is a bald-faced lie. In my case, the delay in treating my home right a waw has been costly. I finally had sense enough to contact another exterminator company when Terminix told me that everything in my basement had to be moved out to completely remove my existing insulation and replace it. In the meantime, "rodents" were having a ball destroying my home. The new exterminator came out to my home, evaluated the situation and pinpointed exactly how the rodents were getting in without moving 1 inch of insulation. My home was treated the very same day. What should have taken only a couple of treatments has turned into multiple treatments with more to come to completely rid my home of the problem. Terminix's delay in treatment gave the "rodents" the opportunity to multiply, moving from the garage and basement to the upper levels of my home. The rodents did a lot of damage to my kitchen. Terminix (represented by Lindsie Linaburg, Home Inspector and mastermind behind the deception) saw the damage the rodents were doing and had done, but treatment was still delayed. They wanted the thousands of dollars I would have paid for unnecessarily replacing the insulation in my basement. Terminix had already taken advantage of me by replacing the insulation in my attic claiming that the insulation contained a substance to kill rodents. There were no "rodents" in my attic. This has been one hell of a "nightmare" for me, which is why I am taking the time to review Terminix. Please do not fall for their lies. These people are Shamelessly Dishonest! read more

1 had terminix for 3 months. They didn't do my inspection, ignored my calls and requests for free resprays, they do not call back, and if, you do get a call back, nothing changes. They ignored me for 2 months until they could charge me again and then finally came out with a new bill. Completely ridiculous. I will never recommend them. They have horrible customer service. Do not use them, save your money. They completely ruin the name of terminix at this location. And now they are even ignoring me for my refund. Save your money and go somewhere else. In June of this year I wrote a very scathing review about the services I had received from Terminix in Morgantown WV. In the time since that review the new branch manager, Chris Gates, has personally been to my house twice to attend to my concerns. He and his staff have worked very hard to correct ALL issues. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ANYWHERE. Made an appointment for INTERIOR treatment Friday, tech shows up unannounced, when no one was home on Thursday instead. Sprays OUTSIDE and leaves. I contacted customer service who could not explain his early presence and was told I would receive a call directly from the tech to discuss. He never calls but instead, the SAME tech shows back up at my house at 5 p.m. on the SAME day (Thursday), follows my 20 year old daughter into the home uninvited and sprays treatment for the wrong problem. When my daughter asked why he was there today and not tomorrow the tech claims that there is nothing on his schedule for Friday and he was going on vacation so he didn't know who they would get to come out anyway and leaves. I contact customer service AGAIN on Thursday and explain the situation to them AGAIN and was AGAIN told to expect a call but this time from management and that it would likely be Friday because it was so late in the day Thursday. It is now Tuesday and I have heard from NO ONE. WORST SERVICE EVER. If they assign John D. to your address be wary! Obviously only one star just so I could post this. read more

It is 5:30 pm and here we sit waiting for our 8am sceduled inspection from Terminex. Five phone calls with reassurances from their call center that the technician is on his way go unfulfilled. The promised calls from the store manager have never arrived. The personnel from the "elevated response center" have gotten us NO response. We did however get two automated satisfaction survey phone calls regarding service we never received. If we do have termites, the house will be eaten down to the foundation by the time Terminex gets here. Definitely don't recommend this company. They deserve no stars. read more

Gary, Levi, and Nick were awesome. They got the job done. It didn't go without hiccups though. There was no communication between the higher ups and the service men. So they were not prepared to do the job properly. So after making a few phone calls and being hung up on by customer service, I finally got the service manager who thought calling me "Honey" would make my mood better. (It didn't). I'm still irritated that because of lack of communication the men were not prepared and made to look like fools. It was the three men that got the job done. Not the manager, who thought he had all the excuses covered putting the blame everywhere else. His discount didn't impress me nor his blame game. Luckily Gary, Levi and Nick did their best to get the job done. They were awesome!!!! Kudos to the little people who actually get the jobs done. If it weren't for those three guys doing their best to get the job done and done right it wouldn't get 4 stars. And I give those stars to those men not the business. The business wouldn't get 1 star this is not how a business is ran. You do not send guys out to do a big job unprepared that is wrong and then you as a manager do not put the blame everywhere else and think about small discount will suffice. Terminex you need manners and a lesson on running a business. read more

Your company does a god job with ants and spiders but we are still having problems with moles and voles digging in our yard. It is much better than it was nine months ago when you first began treating the yard, but they are still here. read more
