I feel so lucky and grateful to have had Teri capture my wedding and 2 pre-wedding events. She is incredible in so many ways - apart from being an amazing photographer and artist, she is calm, patient, collected (you need this on your wedding day), incredibly sweet, organized, FAST (you think everything will be on time, but it won't, and she'll help get you back on track), accommodating, and also a really great director (we are not natural models and needed a lot of instruction!!). She delivered a sneak peek album, which was honestly fairly large, within 1-2 DAYS of the wedding, and the full album was delivered at just ~10 weeks - usually people wait for months and months! (please don't hold her to these timelines, I'm just mentioning to highlight she is probably faster than most other photographers) My family and friends raved about her both during the wedding with how great she was while taking photos, and afterwards when they saw the actual results. We also had a super weird payment issue (my fault) that took months to resolve but she was patient, prompt with responses, and understanding throughout. I decided at the beginning of wedding planning that one of the most important vendors for me was the photographer. Photos are some of the best memories that we can hold onto! Teri was such a pleasure to work with. My partner and I first met her over a virtual call and immediately felt at ease with her. I first met Teri (in-person) on our wedding day. At one point, I remember telling her- "I don't know what it is, but I feel like I have known you for a very long time!" Arguably, getting married is one of the most stressful times in life. What's even more stressful is looking for/interviewing/hiring and managing your wedding vendors. We were lucky enough to come across Teri's work when looking at the pictures of our selected venue and we instantly fell in love with her style and her artistry. Teri shot my wedding in Big Sur and was just the perfect person for the job. Not only does she have a fantastic eye and rather quirky, modern way of composing shots but she captured *moments* rather than just the staged stuff. Unfortunately when my fiance fell ill with a chronic diagnosis and we had to put the wedding on hold which in itself is extremely difficult for anyone, Teri showed how inhuman she is. I was asking her to work with me on my deposit and I don't even get a response. This is an unfortunate revelation of the moral characteristics of Teri. Teri was PHENOMENAL to work with, I will (and have already) recommended her to everyone I know getting married. There is NO way our wedding would have been captured as well as it was if it it weren't for her. My dad is a professional fine arts photographer, so I knew that hunting for the perfect photographer wasn't going to be an easy task. First, let me start that I live in Southern California, USA. We were headed to Paris for a family trip and really wanted photos that weren't selfies. I wasn't about to hand over my camera to strangers to take family photos, so I hoped to find a photographer that spoke English and be in Paris when we were. I hit the jackpot ! ! Teri was prompt returning e-mails and even took the time to voice verify with me before we left the USA. When we got to Paris, she even sent reminder e-mails before the shoot and made the entire experience very comfortable. Let me tell you . . . Teri knows Paris. She took us to numerous different locations around the Eiffel Tower to take photos, and made us all feel at ease taking photos with a stranger in a foreign country. Teri was very accommodating with my requests and the price was definitely worth it. The resolution and clarity of her photos are great, and the turnaround time was quick.
