My husband & I recently purchased LVP flooring for our kitchen & master bathroom. The salesman,…read moreBryan Anderson, was very knowledgeable about the flooring and gave us several different options to choose from. We asked if he could recommend someone to install the flooring. He said he could do it for us. He & a helper installed it for us a couple of weeks later. They did a great job & we love the floors. We recommend them to all our friends that are looking to redo their floors. In fact we are looking to having new flooring in our sunroom! Judy & Perry Reynolds

We initially visited Tile Sensations and decided not to buy our tiles for our kitchen and…read morefireplace, as their delivery time was super long compared to other places. However, we did buy a copper finished light pendant from Natalie for $137.00. At time of purchase she opened the top of the box so we could confirm it was the pendant we had chosen. Before assembly, my husband opened the box and a unique little screw and loop was missing and the cord was frayed. We immediately called Natalie and she said we were a couple of days past purchase date. She would not swap it out or even give us a stored credit. She got me to send all sorts of pictures on March 8 and said she would research to see if the manufacturer would take it back and would call us back in a couple of days. So... never heard back from Natalie, so my husband spent a lot of time looking for the special screw and top loop and spent over $40 on parts to rewire the pendant. Thank goodness we did not spend thousands of $ on tile from them. I'm supposing if some tile were to break during shipment, they would not consider it their problem. Not a good way to run a business!

We love the outcome, and the first thing anyone says when they see our screened porch is "Wow! I love what you did with the tile floor!" By the way, I did a lot of cost comparison, and Tile Sensations was the most reasonable by far.

I had them screen in my existing deck and they did an absolutely great job. Tim, his project managers and workers were great to work with. Even once the project was completed I was having a small issue with the door off the deck and they came out on 2 occasions to address it and fix it. Problem is now resolved. Everyone who comes over and sees my deck loves it. Honestly, wish I would have done this years ago. Again, they did an amazing job and the they were every easy to work with. If anyone is looking to have a deck screening done or even a fence I would recommend them. Unfortunately for me I had a different company install my wood fence a 1.5 years ago and can not get the company to even answer calls or texts about problems I have had. But Tim's Fencing took care of those for me. Really wish I would have called them to do it. Lesson learned.
