First they "forgot" to add the cabinet handles, so they were not added. The installers showed up sometime around 3 to install, so that took extra days to install. Still waiting on the handles to be delivered and added to the cabinets. Now the counter people keep asking me via email about measurements and if I want to add backsplash? Umm.....this is not my job sir, it's yours to measure and yes I wanted a back splash. Apparently Cabinets to go "forgot" to add that also! It's been a month now and still this job is not done. When that time came, the new owners had no idea who I was or anything about my order and the prior owner did nothing to help the situation. Clearly he was looking to make as much money in his own pocket prior to selling/handing off the business and that is some of the lowest based behavior I've experienced with a business. In the end, with my proof of payment and notes on the project, the new owners honored the purchase but it was a bad experience for them as well indicating I was not the only customer they had this issue with. Shameful.

We had an issue with getting a dumpster but he and his crew worked around that and accommodated us the best that they could. We weren't on site when they were working but Ray kept us in the loop, calling us whenever they had a question (instead of just assuming something). He's a super friendly guy, is very easy to work with, was there when he said he would be, and did what he said he was going to do. They did a great job on our project and I would highly recommend him for any of your demo needs.
