I have received two facials so far, and I am looking forward to the next. She gives helpful recommendations for treatment and care for skin concerns, all while making her clients feel comfortable and heard. Both of the facials I received were rejuvenating and I left feeling fresh, AND my skin absolutely glows! I also don't break out after I have received a facial which was a concern for me in the past. She was patient, kind, informed, knew exactly how to deal with the breakouts caused by wearing a mask constantly (which I hate!) and who to connect me to for an amazing massage. Her studio is tucked away in a business complex off the main drag and it's quiet, peaceful, relaxing, soothing. Her treatments are just what you need, when you need them. I especially appreciated her insider insights into where to live in GA, who to get insurance from, and who to call for a chiropractic treatment which is still on my list of things to do. I'm very happy with the results of my facial and can't wait to visit again.

Dr Cone was welcoming and made an appointment for an evaluation the next day. Even with xrays, my initial bill was well under $100 (I think he cut me a deal on the xrays because I don't have insurance for it). Follow up appointments are $40. And WELL WORTH IT. In fact, I think he undercharges. I have been seeing him for about 3 weeks and my back pain is gone. More importantly, he is working in combination with his massage therapies to make sure it doesn't come back. Dr Cone and his staff go the extra mile for patient care. It's how business should be done. TIP: it's easier to reach him via text than phone, because he doesn't have a full time assistant. I bought a groupon for a couples massage with Vernu Med Spa for my wife's birthday and regret it…read more When I called to schedule an appointment I was never able to reach anyone. I left multiple voicemails which all went unreturned. Their website is non-existent, so no luck there. Eventually, the voicemail notified me that it was full, so I resorted to email. I sent multiple emails that also were not responded to for multiple days. I still tried to call every other day or so but was continually notified that the voicemail box was full. Eventually, I got a response apologizing for the delay but not providing me any real times or method to book an appointment. My desired time and day for an appointment was rejected by the provider, which is fine as I get that businesses like these require ironing out a mutual time that works for both the business and the customer, which I was more than happy to do, if I could just get a hold of someone who was willing to actually help me. When I provided my availability through email to find possible appointment times based on when they are open (not expressed by them through email but looking online) and I was actually available, the provider responded only once by offering one appointment time for a date outside of what I expressed my availability was. WTF!?! After multiple unreturned followup emails over a 12 day period from their last response alone, and still encountering nothing but a full voicemail I eventually gave up. I then reached out to Groupon and notified them of my horrible experience and waste of time, traded in my deal, found another provider who was INSTANTLY responsive and booked an appointment with them easily. I then sent a final email notifying Vernu that I give up, and how frustrating my experience has been, and that I plan to write this review to warn other potential customer to help save them time and money. After hitting send I got a response within 5 MINUTES! 5 MINUTES!!! The email had two lines: "Chad give me a call XXX-XXX-XXXX". Way too little, way too late!!! Save yourself the headache and find a provider that actually knows how to run their business and respect their customers time enough to respond timely and professionally. I don't know what happened to this business over the last four to six months but when you also check google reviews you will see that I am not the only one with this experience during that time.
