This Thruft store is AMAZING!!! Prices are so low AND all clothing is clean. They smell like fabric softener. Awesome. I bought school clothes for 2 of my grandchildren for $67!!!! Honestly I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews here. I absolutely love this place, the ladies working here are always very kind to me and I find so many antiques and cool items for a good price. I always prefer shopping here to goodwill due to the fact that tender hearts prices their items like a thrift store should, instead of how greedy goodwill has become. I definitely recommend you give this place a try before reading the bad reviews and marking it off of your thrift store list!! read more

I have a lot of gently used and brand new (with tags) clothes along with household goods and puzzles I wanted to donate. I don't want to give to a Goodwill as I'd rather give to something that benefits the community I live in. But these people only have certain hours they'll take donations. I work all of those hours. Could we at least arrange something? Apparently not. A bit snippy and not at all helpful. Geez. I'm trying to help you. I'm trying to give to you! Yet I feel like I put them out. Alrighty then..... I'm sure I can find another place willing to accept FREE stuff! read more

First time donating here on Anderson road. Told (a little rudely) to put it in the open trailer outside. Barricades with chains on them made it difficult to get to the open trailer. No one ever offered any help!! read more

I loved this store when it was at Heckle and donated often. My husband just attempted to donate at the store on Anderson and went inside to ask where to place the donations. He was told by a very rude man in the store that they would not accept donations because they were about to close. We arrived at 2:30 and the store closes at 3 pm. We are in shock! If he said that they had too many donations, that would have been fine, but to refuse because they close in 30 minutes when it would have taken less than 5 minutes unload is crazy! It is a shame that I won't be shopping or donating here anymore. So sad! read more
