Also, the apartment is close to ALL the major things to see in Milan. Excellent stay. I checked in at around 1:30pm an noticed the room was very hot. I checked the AC remote and it…read morelooked correct so we figured maybe the cleaning staff just turned the AC on shortly before our arrival so we closed the sun blinds to help and went out for a walk and to eat. we returned at 5:30pm and the room was even hotter. I immediately reached out to management to inform them and they told me the would send out a technician. the technician arrived at 7pm and all he did was look at the remote to see if it was properly on. he confirmed that everything was correct on the AC settings and he acknowledged that room was indeed hot and would inform management. he was in the apartment for a total of 2 minutes and did zero diagnosing and said he could not fix it. a few minutes later I get a text, not even a call from management and they lied and said that the AC was working properly and the Technician confirmed that everything was ok and they could do nothing for us. I asked to be switched to a new Unit and they declined to assist. I then advised them that I would be checking out and left the key in the lock box provided. I officially checked out at 7:37pm. they refused to provide a refund or acknowledge wrong doing. overall the assistance I received was very poor and unprofessional. the AC was my main concern but I do need to add that the bathroom ceiling was in rough shape and the cleaning staff did not do a proper job. the room floor was sticky and the overall not up to clean standards.
