The clean modern open floor plan is awesome with the little balcony out of the room gives it a cuteness factor. The color scheme is nice as well. The bathroom is spacious for European standards. They've done collaborations with famous designers and architects and some of their lights have appeared at MoMa and SFMoma. Interior is well done and lit in a way where you can truly observe and appreciate the quality of light coming from each of their designs. It was soothing for me to explore even though I didn't buy anything.  These were some of the lights I really liked: -Bellhop by Barber and Osgerby UK: A mushroom shaped rechargeable portable light. Really nice shape and they nailed how smoothly the light comes out. -Ceramique by Ronan Bourellac France: Made out of glazed ceramic and can exist by itself as a nice decorative object. You can buy it in 1 of 3 "head" orientations and when they are displayed together, they have a nice fun and playful look.

First, it's in a fabulous location, about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The building is beautiful and interesting and you feel like you're in a home rather than a hotel. The suites are huge with cooktops and refrigerators and all of the comforts of home (including great air conditioning in the summer). The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The beds are comfy and there is ample space to spread out and relax after a day of work or shopping. The staff is incredibly responsive and nice. I have stayed here twice - each suite is unique, but all are beautiful. Highly recommend for staying for work or play!
